A lot of people, they go about work in a dependent attitude where they basically just, it's an entitled and a dependent attitude. They think number one that my employer owes me a job. No, you're basically as valuable in this exchange as your skills and your time are. Small businesses are like a $10 trillion industry a year in America right now. And upwards of it's like 60 or 70% of those businesses are owned by baby boomers who are going to retire soon.
