You're essentially like a investigative reporter or a private investigator. You are looking for business problems that are impactful to the company, so you can align yourself to them. And i've seen a lot of really successfur sellers use te value framework. It's how veracious, how aggressive, for lack of a better word, you are at qualifying and making sure that that hypothesis becomes a shared hypothesis. Then this would be the benefit its total causality. So current state leads to this pain point. You need this required capability to get out of that pole you're in.
