The Importance of Central Governance in Documentation

I don't see realistic reasons why this should not be scalable. But it needs central governance. How is this going to work? And who is thinking about the big picture? The federated model is exactly how an enterprise is organized. Do you see smoke signals of the way we will discover and have access to certain things changing? Yes. We know of very large websites. I mean, we can step outside of documentation and look at bigger repositories of knowledge. Look at newspapers and their archives or anything like that. These keep on scaling and they're discoverable in some way.
