Is the Federal Government Trying to Set Up Abortion Clinics on Federal Lands?

There's been talk that perhaps you can use the power of the federal government to a set up abortion clinics on federal lands. This goes back to the legal morass, right? I mean, it's tats. It's literal, no votei the daily did a series of interviews to day with abortion care providers about what that first day after the ruling was like. One woman recounted a conversation she had with a woman whose 14 year old granddaughter was seeking an abortion care after a sexual assault. And she basely had to tell this woman to find a way to travel out of state.
