Gratitude and Mindfulness Go Hand in Hand

i ask: Are we grateful for all of it, both the pleasant and the unpleasant? And if we're not, what would it be like to shift that focus. How do we actually cultivate gratitude? i think the most important element is maintaining a daily practice. This can be in the form of meditation or using the assistance of a journal. As we practise gratitude, we begin to be better at feeling gratitude. Imagine being able to feel genuine gratitude for the things that we don't want.
