How to Hire a Vet
Don't give people a pass just because they served. You have to interview them and make sure they're the right fit for the job. Seek opportunities through the VA or some of those in order to go out and hire vets. The military has done a really good job in the last couple of years of activating programs where guys transitioning off active duty can come to work.
