The paper was structured such that it was like if somebody was walking into an orthopedic clinic and suddenly they had an eight-year-old on their schedule. There's a lot of good examples of specific questions that you can use. The outcome measures section was interesting too, because I think actually the difficulties in using PROs with individuals who are between 8 and 12 years.
