Baba's Interrogating Identity in the Second Chapter

Baba sees almost like an oppressive simulation effect where there is a consolidation under the icons and symbols of a given culture to solidify, sort of crystallize a cultural identity. So in the act of enunciation, the speaker is in Baba's term split. And this is a split I would contend is not just a binary split, but rather is sort of fractalization broken down into many parts that are then broken down to their end point nearly and then reformed, re-put together.
