The Effects of Endurance Exercise on Strength Performance

A lot of times athletes will do a little bit better if they do try to become fat adopted athletes or go much lower carb or their keto. Oftentimes they need to add in more electrolytes as a result. For strength training, current strength performance appears to remain static across the menstrual cycle. However, strength and hypertrophy adaptations appear to be better if more adaptations are driven during the follicular phase.
