Wrestling - How to Keep Your Feet Moving

When you're learning striking, it's not so much about how you're going t throw combos and how youre going to generate power. It's more about how do you not feel off balance when you're doing these things? And that involves knowing where your feet and where your weight needs to be. So it's the exact same thing for for wrestling. If you think about it, you always want to know where your feet you know, you don't want to do silly things like crossing your feet. You always want to have your base nice and wide, and then that’s going to give you the best chances of denying your opponent the ability to break your alligment.
