Am: Most customers, if you explain they have a problem and you have a way to solve it, they'll get excited. And so oftentimes we get companies that come in tat the beginning wi c and they say, whell, we want to spend the first two months in working on improving the prototype. "We kind of flip that around, like, do the sails hit a pavement? Like talk to customers, and you'll actually build a better first product for them," Am says.
