Carvana is offering me over $3,000 above the Kelly Blue Book value and for my 2021 Mazda SUV. Used vehicle prices have been coming steadily down but they're still elevated from where they were pre-pandemic. So normally selling a vehicle for Model Year 21 you'd get clobbered on the resale. Not right now if you're being offered above what would be normal trade-in by thousands of dollars.
