How to Build Pain-Free Movement Capacity

I don't think enough people are lending credence to the idea of building pain-free movement capacity. Well we do it in two stages. The first stage is to, once we've got this very precise diagnosis of their pain mechanism or pain trigger, we try and take it away. And then the second stage is then now they're, they desensitize the pain triggers,. We now build it all back out to create that pain-free foundation. Sometimes that might require a little bit of stability; sometimes it might require alittle bit of mobility but it almost always requires a blend of both.
