The Importance of Leveling Up
Sally Kohn: I think we hear leveling up and that sounds really exciting. It sounds glamorous. But the honest truth is leveling up means pivoting. It means that you have to change your direction. And that's scary. There's even the idea of being willing to pull back, which can be its own form of leveling up. Leveling up doesn't always have to be more. Yeah, it does not have more is not always better.leveling up does not have to look like what everybody else is leveling up looks like. So once I moved into this other one where I got to say 'I am who I am again' was really scary for me.
