We have to move from zero to 100 and 100 is belonging. Belonging is where shame fully comes in and does the work, but we can't move towards belonging if we don't feel safe. We start we stop activating our trauma responses of like fight, flight, freeze and fun as much. You know, so I do think that that's kind of the main, the main thing here. And for me, my journey was, you know, I'm still working on this one is the lone wolf energy.
