What Happened in Court?

In court, the tape situation really undermined the police and the prosecutions case collapsed. Pelacona and the prosecution were apparently the only people who could hear the confessions on the tapes. Other things that came up in court was that marline was accused of lying to the police about the clothes she'd been wearing when she found sebrina missing. And now the whole case coming out, it was the feds who had tough questions to answer because the bugging didn't conform to state or federal laws.
