Bobby, why don't you talk about the CT scan findings and how you think about that as well as your different strategy buckets for how to treat these patients with acute mesenterics. Bobby: It's kind of a rare setting though I'll say it's not so rare you won't see it at least once or twice a year where someone has no pathology whatsoever and then all of a sudden just has a clot. So what those conversations will usually stem around are does the person need an X-lap or diagnostic laparoscopy? If there's finding of arterial occlusion without frank findings of pneumatosis, portal venous air or, God forbid, a free rupture
