Do You Believe in Codifying or Is This More Fluid and Organic That Culture Is Important?
Culture is important but we are not going to try and very strictly define it and force everyone to follow it. It's like code and a product yes right so you're building and maintaining the product if you feel that the product is not serving your needs then build new features. A lot of founders I meet always have this radar and tenor going about spotting talented people when they're meeting people. How much of that is true for you? "A big focus for me it becomes harder as the org scales up right"
