Building a Team From Scratch

The first time i've had the opportunity to develop a team from scratch as far as staffing it. We wanted a diverse team that represented our consumers we also wanted a little bit of a mix of internal candidates and external expertise. Bringing ideas from the outside especially from traditional cpg is never a bad idea but you have to blend those two right. You can just bring the cPG mentality and say okay this is where it's going to go, Chris says.
