The implicit association test purports to reveal hidden racist attitudes among other prejudices. The IAT was developed in the 1990s by social psychologist Anthony Greenwald, Mazarin Banaji. It asks you to sort black and white faces into one of two categories: European American or African American. Assorting goes noticeably slower for people who favor Europeans over Africans.
