The Importance of Breaking Bad Habits

Human beings were doing things working and living for a certain way for the bulk of 300,000 years that homo sapiens had been on the planet right. And just about two to three hundred years ago we literally decided to change all of it. We changed all of it because we wanted everything to be focused on industry and productivity. The day wasn't defined by the rising of the sun and the setting of the sun anymore. So we have to realize that we live and work quite well and have for a very, very long time. We're unhappy because we're a lot of our habits are anti-human. We're just not built to work this way.
