How to Maintain a Positive Community on Hacker News

Starting an internet business is still a pretty rare thing to do. I was worried about the same thing with ND hackers, especially since so many people from on ND hackers came from Hacker News. But I think it's naturally a little bit self-policing because these are all people who are very serious about building businesses.
