This year has definitely been a personal growth mode and honestly, I haven't put as much time into my real estate sales brokerage side because I did join Pure. But it's enabled me to kind of figure out where I want to go for next year. So I will be looking at hiring like a managing broker on the Liker's side and then, you know, growing it that way or finding somebody who can recruit a little bit better than I can.
