Taking Time Off Is a Bad Habit
CJ: If you're in that boat and you can volunteer, even a few hours to relieve a support function, I think that's helpful. Yes, like, hopefully the ticket volume is going to be lower, but it also just be great to have a buddy during that time. And ideally, we've done things where we explicitly post on our blog and in our communities that we have refill week so there'll be a little bit of a longer response time.
