David Barger: I think the worst is over in terms of sales. Single family housing isn't already in recession, but it's unaffordable to rent as well at this point. Demand has been hurt because rents are just too high; you have a weaker demand and more supply vacancies. He says we're going to see some meaningful weakening in new supply down the road due to underwriting and tightening of lending.
