Jens Hayordall ran a Norwegian company called Orkwa and when he took over at a relatively young age in the 70s as the president a mega CEO. He succeeded by making a series of positive net present value decisions in different industries so he was just very flexible about what he invested in. "I learned a lot from him one year I remember he sold some companies and he returned dividends to investors that were something like 75 or 80 percent"
