i worked at thought catalogue with our third partner. She was very responsible for getting clients and building out add campaigns, which is how we make the majority of our money. So she started a for that first year or so, nights and week ends, she got like a monthly stiphend, plus commission on everything she brought in. Ah, and of course, some ownership in the company. But she really was the one who came on and sort of mapped out the business end of it. I had a pretty keen understanding of how to turn content into money. i think really the intstructure of a business is what came later.
