Web Three - The New Construct of Social Tokens

All information gets recorded on block chain, including our identities. But they can be anonymous, but we still have proof of who we are. That allows us to create a system by which it is decetralized and nobody controls it. It means that we're free to move around the world free of government interference. So web three is not only that, but it's the new construct of how we can have societies on line, digital societies.
