How to Prove Your Arguments in Court
People often use poorly thought through or weakly understood supports for their arguments. So you've got to say, ok, why is that? How do you know this? Show me. Next thing is questioning viewpoints in perspectives. Most arguments are given from a particular position. Attack that position, but do it respectfully. show the other side that there are other just as equally valid viewpoints. Some suggestionswel another way of looking at this is blank. Does this seem reasonable, possible, viable? What alternative ways ofLooking at this are there? Also, why it is necessary? Why is this necessary? Who benefits from this? And why is it better than blank?"
