FaceTime: A Story About a Pandemic

This story FaceTime is set during the early months of the pandemic. What made you want to discuss it from this kind of vantage point of just three years later? It's an utterly unique story in a lot of ways because it feels like auto-fiction, but I kind of refuse to see it that way. And then when I reread it recently, it put me through this unique thing of retrigging my trauma in some way.
