The Sinai Trail: A Collaboration Process With the Local Bedouin
Sinai is a very tribally diverse region, much more so than other parts of Egypt. When we began the Sinai trail, it was a 220 kilometer path that would go from the sea to the highest point in Egypt. And there's always been a strong sense of sharing a heritage or sharing a culture that unites them. The bigger challenges really came from working in Egypt, which has always been difficult for the bedroom and we're doing anything with tribes is always viewed with suspicion.
