Elizabeth Gilbert pulled her new book after backlash because of its setting in Russia which is fascinating. She reacted very strongly to that and there were negative, a lot of negative reviews on good reads as well I'm not entirely sure if that was how much that went to her decision or if it was, you know, the Instagram comments and things. It does show too that that those kinds of internet pylons can certainly come for somebody to just debut authors or lesser known writers.
