The New Testament Doesn't Have Conflict Theology

The writer is obviously getting his theology from genesis three. Where else would he get it that the devil has the power of death? The bible doesn't teach us that satan has any powers, according to the waltons. It's amazing that paul associates false signs and wonders with satan, isn't it? where does he get this idea? I forgot the truth has o o that the text has no truth content to give us.
