In England some places in England they use level stop and other places they'll use a flaf sound so you'll hear Americans saying better middle now this is of course everybody will understand better and they will also understand better but it sounds rather strange when you're teaching students over pronouncing every single letter according to how they learned it in the alphabet. That feels very robotic and strange to a teacher.
