Self compassion allows you, i think, then to have the confidence to go and be a hero. What would the hero do? Go make it right. You learn about parts of yourself that are buried down inside that you don't allow to come up. It's only by shining light on it that you can actually process it and move on. I really was want to encourage people give its a go. Try it, suck it and see. Give it a go.
