The Biggest Ball of All the Balls That You've Got
The loudest, deepest note is generally the loudest. Sometimes it's not, but we'll go into that later. So to get back to the ball analogy, if you were dropping your ball from the top, you'd actually have to drop quite a lot of different sized balls. The more clear it is for me to see, the one my eyes are naturally going to focus in on. And all the other balls aren't the fundamental, they're called overtones.
