Calm Is Not a Word That's Been Studied or Created by Researchers.
Ericsson: Calm is not an official psychological construct that's been studied and created by researchers. But rather it exists on the same spectrum as calmness, he says. And when you look at what happens in the brain, when we experience a state of calm too, there are effects to be seen. Erickson: We really do have a lot of room to increase our productivity by moving down that spectrum from that state of high anxiety down past no anxiety all the way to calm.
