When you change your stress mindset, it's not just about the physiology, actually, what happens is that your thinking can become more creative and more proactive. So if I was really nervous about a talk in the past, I might have just tried to leave the preparation till the day before because I just didn't want to think about it. But actually with a more positive mindset by recognizing it's kind of an essential part of my job and actually my choice to do that? It's very powerful for that reason.
