Top performers, they have a sort of a continuous improvement mentality at work. They don't spend a lot of time sort of learning or training, but they focus on a few things. So the principle here is, I call it the 15 minute a day. If you can carve out 15 minutes for you reflect a little bit about improve upon one thing at the time. Select only one thing. Try to improve that one a little bit every day or a couple of times a week.
