ED Form Ds - Don't Mix the Medics

The presence of form Ds, I think, increase medication errors if they are the ones doing the work when they're there. They should be supervising the nurse or doctor in the creation of these medications. This would be their ultimate role. Instead of de-skilling the department, they're upskilled the department.
