How to Grow a Coaching Practice
There are only two kinds of people in the world. People who need a coach and know they need a coach or people who don't. If you want to grow your coaching practice, you either need to persuade someone they need a coaches. Or you need to get someone who already has a coach to fire their old coach and hire you. And this is the hard part. Coaching is about someone coming to an interaction with a desire, with enrollment in getting to where they seek to go.
