How much of influence is in what people see, verses what you might be saying? When i talk about power and influence, i always start by talking about the non verbal signals. What i mean by non verbal is everything that's not the words. We focus a lot on what words we want to say. And yes, it matters. But the non verbal part matters possibly a little bit more.
