As you grow, move away from a mind set of i can do it all and instead become accustomed to delegating. Invest in your early employes as they are going to be stretched in new ways. Hire senior people sooner who have been there and done that, but are still scrappy. Don't be afraid to take risks or try things that might not really make sense at the time.
