The Chinese are playing that they're just bored very carefully, but it appears now they're not going to attack Taiwan in the near future. Their real effort is to be the total down to power in the world, economically, financially and militarily. And Russia is not a threat to the United States, by the way. We created that as a threat. It was never a threat to NATO. They never attacked and killed an American,. for example, and as far as conducting warfare against any of our forces - even in the Middle East.
