The Imposter Syndrome Problem With Making Services More Human

It took us a while to be recognized as experts for even doing this. It won't happen overnight that we're invited to also do that last bit. I sometimes think of our work as kind of business is kind of looking at its own his own operation looking down at its own body. And then we invite them to look up and to look at their customer and to see their customer and then relate what they see there to what they see if they look at themselves.
