reddit is changing the rules of theirapi so that if other people want to tap into it to make third party apps or whatever it is way more money. i'll probably end up having to return for niche school gaming and software dev subreddits after a break it's definitely made me reflect on the amount of time i waste each day on reddit. I found myself going back to something i haven't done in a while reading books and articles instead of scrolling for hours.
