She was on the harvard board of overseers for the last five years, throughout litigation involving harvard's admissions policy. I expect them to put out statement, probably next week, even about her recusing herself from that case. Even if she wasn't, at the supreme court, it's also so tobe appearance of bias or non impartiality. The one thing i would say relates to lindsay graham's statement to day is he will be used as some one a behind whom other republicans can come and make their arguments.
