When you're on Instagram, Pinterest or whatever it may be, then give Pinterest or Instagram or TikTok you on divided attention. Let's say I feel really full and satisfied, but all I can think about is this cookie. Is there anything I can do to actively shift it away from one thing and into another room in that moment by learning to control awareness throughout the whole day? Okay. So the practicing all day, like the brushing my teeth with no TikTok will help me move from the cookie room to the full and satisfied room. This comes in handy when shit hits the fan,. You know, when things are going wrong in your life and you need to take control of your life
