I don't think we need a definition of conflict unless you are the most peaceful person in the world. I'm sure we've all had a fight with someone or a disagreement of some kind that went a little bit too far. We're also more likely to feel misunderstood by the people we believe should understand us. Arguing and fighting can actually lead to worse outcomes because we don't sit back and think about both sides of the narrative.
