The Smell of GARS

The start of summer is the most beautiful time of year. But it's also GARS season, and GARS is... I love GARS. It's got the worst name for something so beautiful. At this time of year, GARS grows up in mountains. In Irish mythology, you never want to land in a GARS bush. You know, don't go near that GARS bush because the fairies live in there. And all those torns are their protection. So in the 21st century, farmers set it on fire.
